What if my item(s) does not look like what I saw in the store or online?

Many of our pieces are as unique as the artisan that made them. These variations are a big reminder that a real person created something special just for you. Hand finished collections from natural materials showcase beautiful, organic variations, irregular distresses in wood, sporadic oxidations, color fluctuations, etc. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered quality defects.

We make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately on the website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor.

Please allow for a ±2-inch variation in the dimensions of our products due to the nature of materials and handmade processes.

Are there any care instructions for your furniture?

Yes, each furniture piece comes with specific care instructions which can be found on the product page of our website. You may refer to the care instructions section on the website.

Shipping and Delivery

How do you deliver furniture?

Most furniture is delivered via truck. Some larger and heavier items are required to have a White Glove delivery while smaller furniture pieces are shipped through parcel carriers without White Glove service (please refer to the product page for details). White Glove delivery includes scheduled home delivery, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, and full assembly.

How long does it take to deliver once an order has been placed?

Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the size of your order. Once your product ships from our warehouse, you will receive tracking information. Please note that out-of-stock items may take longer to deliver, but an estimated timeframe will be provided during order placement.

Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery?

Yes. An individual 18 years or older, must be home to accept furniture delivery and inspect your order.

Returns and Cancellations

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please use similar packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. How do I cancel an order ?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes due to the processing and shipping schedule. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

When will I see my refund in my account ?

Refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase. Depending on the card provider, it may take up to 5 working days for the credit to appear in your statements once the refund has been processed. belle aura cannot be held responsible for third party costs or fees associated with the credit card.

You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Affirm, belle aura gift card.

Do you offer financing options?

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased online. Gift cards can be used for any purchase and do not expire.

How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem, enter the 16-digit gift card number at the time of checkout, and the Gift Card value will be deducted automatically from your total.

How do I check my balance?
