GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Belle Aura,  (the “Sponsor”) may post offers, sweepstakes, and other promotions (each a “Sweepstakes”) from time to time on social media, through its websites (www.belleaura.com). By entering a Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to a Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: Sign up for Belle Aura’s mailing list on www.belleaura.com pop up window. The entry period and prize description and value for a particular Sweepstakes will be listed on the Offer Terms & Conditions Page for that particular Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes are only open to residents of the 48 contiguous US States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the date of entry. Entries accepted through pop-up form on www.belleaura.com. Only new email and SMS sign-ups are eligible for the contest. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Employees of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and/or persons living in their households; as well as all the Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, and other entities in any way involved in production/distribution/administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once and any attempt to enter more times in an attempt to circumvent the rules is void and will result in disqualification


SELECTION WINNER NOTIFICATION:

  • Sweepstakes winners will be selected by random draw. Potential winner will be randomly selected in a drawing held by the sweepstakes administrator located in San Jose, CA, within five (5) business days after the promotion close date. Winner will be selected among all eligible entries received.

  • Sponsor will notify each winner via email notification, within five (5) business days after the time and date listed under the Offer Terms & Conditions expires. A winner must respond to the Winner Notification email within 15 days of receipt of the Winner Notification and, to be eligible to accept a prize, must include in such response: (i) winner’s full legal name, (ii) current residential mailing address, (iii) phone number, and (iv) date of birth. If a winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification in the time and in the manner required, or if a Winner Notification is returned as undeliverable, such Winner will be disqualified and will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize. Each winning entrant must sign and return any documents, if requested, within the time stipulated by the Sponsor. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any other reason whatsoever, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. PRIZE DETAILS

  • The prize consists of USD 1000 discount which can be used against the purchase of any Sofa or sideboard at belle aura online store .

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Shipping fee and applicable taxes will be borne by the winner.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

  • Any product received through the sweepstakes will be subject to Belle Aura’’s standard Return and Refund policy.

  • Returns and refunds will only be processed in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the company’s policy, which can be found Return and Refund Policy.

  • The winner is responsible for initiating any return requests within the timeframe specified in the policy.

LIABILITY: Belle Aura is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen prizes after they have been delivered to the winner.
